The path

HOW OUR ATHLETE PROGRAM WORKS

It's a system, not a drop-in workout. Here's what your athlete's journey looks like — starting with the free assessment.

01

DISCOVER YOUR POTENTIAL

with a full-scope performance assessment

A comprehensive evaluation. We measure the key athletic indicators that matter — your athlete's strengths and the gaps holding them back. This deep-dive becomes the blueprint for everything we build next. This step is free.

02

TRAIN LIKE A PRO

with a custom-written training plan

Our coaches turn the assessment data into a program built exclusively for your athlete. Every set, rep, and movement is engineered around their goals and their sport — speed, strength, power, agility. Not a template. A roadmap.

03

WORK WITH ELITE COMPANY

with semi-private coaching

Your athlete puts the plan to work in semi-private sessions — never more than 6 athletes in a session — following the program built just for them, with the energy, accountability, and push of a room full of athletes grinding right alongside them.

04

GET ELITE RESULTS

and reach their goals

Faster, stronger, more coordinated, more confident — with clear proof in the numbers when we re-test. That's the standard.

What we develop

THE FIVE PILLARS OF PERFORMANCE

Every program is built on five qualities that show up on the field. The assessment tells us which ones your athlete needs most right now.

01

SPEED

Sprint mechanics and acceleration — so your athlete is first to the ball and pulling away at the end.

02

STRENGTH

Progressive, joint-safe loading that holds up under contact and through a long season.

03

AGILITY

Change of direction, footwork, and body control that translate straight into their sport.

04

POWER

Turning strength into explosive, repeatable force — first step, jumps, rotation and burst.

05

COORDINATION

Rhythm and motor control that make every other quality usable under pressure and fatigue.

Not sure where your athlete stands on these five?

That's exactly what the free assessment tells you →

SEE WHAT PARENTS ARE SAYING ABOUT US

★★★★★
"I have been taking my son to REP for 3 months now. The gains in strength, agility and body control that my son has had are amazing. Great team of coaches!"
Nick T. · REP parent
★★★★★
"For our 13-year-old son, going to REP has been absolutely transformative. They've helped boost his confidence and pushed him physically to do more than he ever thought possible. Jared, Matt and the entire staff aren't only experts in their field — they're great people."
Amy B. · REP parent
★★★★★
"We switched to Richmond Elite Performance after a year with another trainer, and the difference has been night and day. They're much more detailed in their approach. My son absolutely loves going here — he's motivated, engaged, and looks forward to every session. The trainers make sure he's learning proper technique while building confidence. I'm so impressed with the progress he's made since starting at REP."
Jade E. · REP parent
★★★★★
"My son, a high school football player, has trained at REP for the past 7 months with Jared as his strength coach. The gains he's made in that time are substantial to say the least. His programs are tailored to the individual — free weights, plyometrics, conditioning, and proper nutrition. Jared is a great coach."
Pete W. · REP parent
★★★★★
"One of the best decisions we could have made for our son was to invest in his strength and agility training through REP. Jared is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable in the field, which is evident from the moment you walk in. We're especially grateful for Matt Randone, who has been personally training our son — he's built a personal relationship with our son to where he genuinely looks forward to working hard and being challenged, growing not only in strength and agility, but in discipline and character. Matt is extremely knowledgeable about working with kids and athletes, but also in wrestling, which has been worth every minute & penny. Highly recommend."
Heather R. · REP parent
★★★★★
"Jared has been training our high schoolers for nearly a year. We couldn't be more happy with his knowledge, commitment, and dedication to our kids. The growth and development we've seen isn't something we could have achieved simply going to the gym. Love REP!"
Jenelle S. · REP parent
★★★★★
"Jared started working with our oldest son at 15. He's 18 now and completely transformed — physically and mentally, with a lot more confidence. Our youngest started at 14 and we've seen the same: real strength gains and belief in himself. Jared customizes the program to each of them and helps them hit their goals over and over. No matter the age, he'll tailor it to your athlete. You won't regret it."

Got questions?

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is the performance assessment really free?
Yes — 100% free, no card, no obligation. It's how we introduce families to the program. You'll leave with your athlete's results and a recommended plan whether you train with us or not.
Who is this for?
Parents of athletes roughly ages 8–18 in the Quad Cities who want measurable gains in speed, strength, agility, power, and coordination — and a clear plan built around their sport.
What happens at the assessment?
A REP coach runs your athlete through a full-scope evaluation of the key athletic indicators, identifies the biggest gaps, and walks you through what a training plan would focus on. About 45 minutes.
My athlete has never done strength training. Is that okay?
Completely normal — most start there. Everything is coached and age-appropriate. We build coordination and body control first and add load only when they're ready.
How does training actually work after the assessment?
Your athlete gets a custom-written plan and trains it in semi-private sessions — never more than 6 athletes in a session — coached rep by rep. Most train 2–3 times per week; we build the schedule around their season.
What does it cost after the free assessment?
That depends on how often your athlete trains and which option fits. We'll lay out the choices at the assessment — no pressure, no hard sell.
Where are you located?
